Mind Money AI is a personal finance management and automation tool. It is designed to help users organise financial information, track deadlines, connect selected financial accounts through supported third-party providers, and receive AI-assisted insights.

Mind Money AI is not a bank and does not provide regulated financial advice. Information, prompts, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs are for general informational and organisational purposes only and should not be relied on as legal, tax, investment, insurance, or regulated financial advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Users must ensure the information they provide is accurate and must keep login credentials secure. Mind Money AI may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, unlawful activity, or security risks are identified.

4. Connected accounts and third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, document processing, Open Banking connectivity, or analytics. Availability of these services may change, and Mind Money AI is not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

5. AI-generated outputs

The app may use automated systems and AI-enabled tools to classify transactions, extract information from documents, highlight reminders, and surface insights. These outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every user situation. Users should review important information carefully before acting on it.

6. User responsibilities

• Review extracted or AI-generated content before relying on it.

• Not attempt to interfere with the service, security, or infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the app, website, branding, copy, software, and related materials belong to Mind Money AI or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Mind Money AI may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Money AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or missed opportunities arising from use of the service.
